New Photocard licences must be accompanied with the green counterpart.

Mileage Allowances :

200 Miles free per day
1000 Miles free per week
All excess mileage charged at 10p + Vat per mile.

All example rates shown for Long Term Rental are based on 3 months rental at up to 3500 miles per month and 8p per mile thereafter

Payment :

Debit Card, Credit cards and Maestro/Switch
Cards excluded: All Electron and American Express Cards.

Insurance Excess :

All rentals are subject to a £500 insurance excess.
REC Cover (Reduced Excess Charge) is available at £6 a day or £30 weekly to reduce the excess from £500 to £150 in the event of accidental damage. Subject to Terms and Conditions.

Overseas Use :

Vehicles may only leave the United Kingdom Mainland with prior written approval, a 30% surcharge is payable plus the cost of Overseas Five Star Breakdown and Emergency Assistance Insurance.

Cancellation Fee :

Bookings cancelled with a minimum 14 days notice of there rental will be offered a full refund of payment.
Bookings cancelled with less that 14 days notice of the booked rental will forfieth the full cost of the rental by there payment method with no refund.
